Al not about to connect to my PS4 right now. I have been playing this game via Epic Games and I wanted to connect my ps4 account to the epic games but unfortunatelly whenever I input the credentials it says that the connection to the server could not be established.. I tried using VPN but with no success. What are the regions affected by this problem? East coast region in USA.

Rasheed rasheed I suggest opening the console and manually check the Bluetooth antenna and receiver if it is still good and if it is still connected to the motherboard. If it is not damaged, just clip it back in place on the motherboard and that will solve the problem.

Reformatted the PlayStation completely, still had the same issue. For me this issue was the wifi connection! For some reason, whenever the wifi dropped out mine was from a weak connection to my room the controller would drop out too. I found the problem because I moved my PlayStation to the loungeroom near the modem, I have not had one issue with it since and it's been months.
